PowerMEMS 2012 aims to stimulate the exchange of insights and information, and the development of new ideas in the Power MEMS/NEMS field. It will allow the attendees to interact and network with professionals from many branches of science and engineering. We are providing the opportunity for companies involved with the commercialization of Power MEMS/NEMS technologies to participate and support this workshop through several other means than just attend the meeting. The sponsoring organization will be identified and have access to the leaders of the PowerMEMS community as well as the up and coming future leaders and decision makers in this ever growing field.

The objective of our workshop is to catalyze innovation in micro- and nano-scale technologies for power generation and energy conversion. Broadly speaking, PowerMEMS 2012 focuses on all aspects of energy conversion and processing at the micro and nano scales. Its topics of interest range from basic principles, to materials and fabrication, to devices and systems, to applications. All energy domains are of interest, including, but not limited to: electrical, fluidic, gravitational, hydraulic, mechanical, nuclear, optical, pneumatic and thermal energy domains.

Organizations that either exhibit or sponsor the PowerMEMS 2012 Workshop will have:

Fostered promising students for valuable career development

Will receive special recognition in the way of identification in the program material 
Access to breakout rooms and reserved meeting areas (a very limited resource at the conference hotel)

The PowerMEMS Workshop has established a well-known reputation in the technical and business community due to the high quality and selectivity of the information exchanged. This is not a trade show event so sponsorship and advertising opportunities are kept to a limited number. The sponsor's visibility is therefore greatly enhanced.
