The registration fees for the PowerMEMS 2012 Workshop are as follows:

Registration payment, in US Dollars only (USD), is due upon submission of registration. The registration fee includes the workshop proceedings (in electronic download format), welcome reception, breaks, banquet, and a 20% non-refundable cancellation fee. All requests for refunds must be received in writing no later than November 27, 2012, and will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee. No refunds will be made after that date. A $50.00 fee will be charged for all substitutions.

Additional Purchases
Your Workshop registration includes a ticket to the Tuesday Evening Workshop Banquet (unless daily registrant) and an electronic copy of the Workshop Proceedings. If you wish to purchase an additional banquet ticket or an additional electronic Workshop Proceedings, you may indicate this on your registration form. The prices for each are as follows:

Registration Receipt
Your registration receipt will be emailed as an attachment to the email confirming your registration once your payment has been processed.
Workshop Location & Hotel Accommodations
The 12th International Workshop on Micro- and Nano-Technology for Power Generation and Energy Conversion Applications will be held at the Georgia Tech Hotel on the Georgia Tech campus. The cut-off date for the discounted room block is Thursday, November 9, 2012. Any reservations made after November 9 are subject to availability of space and special group rate.
