Sunday Short Course Program: Translating Innovation
The Hilton Head Workshop will kick off on Sunday, June 5th with a program that is free for students and post-docs for the first time ever! The "Translating Innovation" Sunday Workshop will center on the commercialization of microsystems technologies. The program will include speakers and panelists spanning start-up and established companies, such as Meta (Facebook), Verily (Alphabet), PARC (Xerox), CELLINK (BiCo), IndieBio, AgZen, LiteraSeed, and Berkeley Lights. From networking sessions, presentations, and interactive panels, Sunday Workshop participants will gain unique insights into the challenges and successes in microtechnology translation, such as CRISPR-based diagnostics, miniaturized biotechnology, and agricultural microsystems.
