Tim Brosnihan currently serves as Executive Director of the MEMS and Sensors Industry Group (MSIG) at SEMI. The MSIG consortia represents hundreds of companies across the world, furthering the advancement of the MEMS and sensors ecosystem critical to smart devices, big data and IoT. With a goal of connecting companies, technologists and business leaders to collaborate and innovate, MSIG is positioned to promote and grow the global MEMS and sensors supply chain, helping the industry thrive. Prior to joining SEMI, Tim held various management roles in the semiconductor and MEMS industry at Analog Devices, Qualcomm, and Cirrus Logic. He received M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Mechanical Engineering from UC Berkeley, and a B.S in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Thomas Li is currently working at NXP Semiconductors as Principal MEMS Design Engineer. His efforts primarily focus on the development of high accuracy inertia transducers for automotive active safety applications. Prior to joining NXP Semiconductors, Thomas was a MEMS Design Engineer at Harman International for MEMS microphone development. Thomas is a graduate from Purdue University where he earned a Ph.D., and the University of Michigan with a Master's degree, both in Mechanical Engineering.

Michelle Bourke received her B.Sc. degree in Optoelectronics and Laser Engineering from Heriot-Watt University in Scotland, UK. Subsequently she joined the Defence Evaluation and Research Agency (DERA), where she worked on advanced processing methods for GaAs/AlGaAs optoelectronic devices. In 1997 she entered the semiconductor capital equipment industry as a technologist and has since accrued more than 20 years of experience in semiconductor technology, strategy, and new product development. She is a specialist in fabrication technologies for MEMS, Power Devices, RF Electronics and Optoelectronics.
Michelle is a frequent presenter at leading industry forums and also serves on many committees and industry councils. In November of 2018, she was inducted into the Semi MEMS and Sensors Industry Group Hall of Fame and in 2020 she was a Silicon Valley YWCA Tribute to Women Honoree. Michelle is currently Chair of the Semi MEMS Manufacturing Working Group and Co-chair of the Semi MEMs Standards Committee.
Michelle Joined Lam Research in 2015 and is currently Senior Director of Strategic Marketing in Lam's Customer Support Business Group.

Austin Harris earned his B.S. and M.S. in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. During his time at university, Austin worked in a research lab where he focused on signal processing for wearable technologies. He is an experienced enterprise solutions architect and co-author of "Kubeflow Operations Guide: Managing On-Premise and Cloud Deployments".
Austin is currently the Testbed Manager at the Center for Urban Informatics and Progress where he is responsible for leading the implementation of the MLK Smart Corridor, Chattanooga's smart city testbed, which provides an end-to-end platform for smart city and connected vehicle research.
He works closely with agencies, academic institutions, and industry partners to pilot and evaluate innovative technologies and concepts to address the challenges of modern urbanization.
