The meeting will be organized in a manner similar to previous years, accepting regular Contributed and Late News abstract submissions for oral or poster presentations. There will also be an Open Poster session on Wednesday evening, before the Rump Session.
INFORMATION ON OPEN ACCESS: Several of you have contacted us for clarification to the process of having the papers from the published and copyrighted Hilton Head 2018 Workshop Technical Digest also be available after the meeting through a cited open access mechanism.
Please note that at the time of manuscript submission (April 3) to the Hilton Head Workshop, that authors will have the option to opt in or to opt out of the archival open access availability of your paper.
If you have any further questions regarding the abstract submission process, the copyrighted papers in the technical digest, the archived open access mechanism after the meeting or the meeting itself, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@hiltonhead2018.org.
