Registration payment, in US Dollars only (USD), is due upon submission of registration. Registration is not valid or complete until payment is received unless other arrangements are made. The registration fee includes program material, (1) Electronic Copy of the abstracts, Welcome Reception, Tuesday Conference Banquet, Tuesday and Wednesday lunch, refreshment/coffee breaks, and a 20% non-refundable cancellation fee. A $50 fee will be charged for all substitutions. All requests for refunds must be received in writing no later than August 15, 2017. No refunds will be made after this date.

Registration Receipt
Your registration receipt will be emailed as a link to the email confirming your registration once your payment has been processed.

It is recommended to fly into one of the area's 3 major airports: San Francisco International Airport (SFO), Oakland International Airport (OAK) or Sacramento International Airport (SMF). Passports and Visa Information
All foreign visitors desiring to enter the United States must have a valid passport. Follow this link for Visa Information. If, for some reason, your visa application is denied, your registration fees will be refunded to you in full with proper documentation.
