Registration payment, in US Dollars ($) only, is due within 10 days of receipt of your registration. Registration is not valid or complete until payment is received unless other arrangements are made. The registration fee includes program material, (1) Electronic Technical Digest, exhibit hall access, welcome reception, Tuesday Conference Banquet, lunches, refreshment/coffee breaks, and a 20% non-refundable cancellation fee. A $50 fee will be charged for all substitutions. All requests for refunds must be received in writing no later than March 21, 2018. No refunds will be made after this date. Refunds will also not be granted for abstracts not accepted for presentation. |

Passports and Visa Information
All foreign visitors desiring to enter the United States must have a valid passport. If, for some reason, your visa application is denied, your registration fees will be refunded to you in full with proper documentation.
