The registration fees for the MMB 2009 Conference are as follows:

¹with advisor's name Registration payment, in US Dollars only (USD), is due upon submission of registration. The registration fee includes soft-copy conference proceedings (electronic version), welcome reception, breaks, Wednesday and Thursday lunches, banquet, and a 20% non-refundable cancellation fee. All requests for refunds must be received in writing no later than March 20, 2009, and will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee. No refunds will be made after that date. A $50.00 fee will be charged for all substitutions. Daily Registration Fees NOTE: The Thursday Evening Conference Banquet IS NOT included in the price of a daily registration.

Additional Purchases Your conference registration includes a ticket to the Thursday Evening Conference Banquet (unless daily registrant). If you wish to purchase an additional banquet ticket, you may indicate this on your registration form. The prices for each are as follows:
Additional Guest Meal Ticket		$175

(Includes Welcome reception, Wednesday and Thursday lunches and banquet)

Registration Receipt
Your registration receipt will be emailed as an attachment to the email confirming your registration once your payment has been processed.

Conference Location & Hotel Accommodations
The 5th MMB 2009 Conference will be held at the Fairmont Le Château Frontenac. Please note that the cut-off date for the discounted room block is March 6, 2009. Approximately 20 minutes from downtown Québec City, the Québec City Jean Lesage International Airport (YQB) has connections to major Canadian and American hubs such as Toronto, Detroit, Chicago and New York.
