The poster session plays an important role at this meeting, as it will be the primary venue for technical presentations at the Workshop, and it will be held on the first day to facilitate networking. There will be one poster session divided into two parts (A&B) and we will begin the session with a one-minute shot-gun presentation. There is a two phase format for poster presentations. The first phase is a shotgun "oral" format. Presenters are required to give a 60 second summary of their poster in the General Session room and supply a one page PDF slide by Monday, July 25th. The second phase is that presenters are expected to be present at their poster during their assigned Poster Session (A or B) for questions and discussion.
