Room Rates
These non-commissioned rates are subject to a room tax (presently 10%), $1.00 Hilton Head Destination Fee, and a $6.00 Resort Fee per room, per night..
Standard Room Rate: $182.00 (single/double occupancy)
Reservations can be made by one of the following methods:
- Via the Sonesta Resort's reservation website.
- Call the Sonesta Resort directly at the numbers listed above and identify yourself as a Solid State - HH Workshop 2014 attendee;
The cut-off date for the reduced group rate of $182.00 plus $6.00 resort fee is May 5, 2014 extended to May 13, 2014. The room block is smaller than the number of workshop participants; hotel rooms will be assigned in the order that the hotel receives the reservations. Should you wish to extend your stay, the hotel offers the Workshop room rates for the preceding and following weekends, provided you make reservations by the deadline.
All sleeping room rates are subject to an 10% sales and occupancy tax. Reservations made after the May 13th date will be confirmed subject to availability of space and non-group rates. A credit card is required to guarantee all reservations with a one-night advance deposit due at the time of booking. This deposit will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled prior to 72 hours before arrival, after which time, this deposit in non-refundable. To cancel your reservation, please contact the Sonesta Resort directly.
