Attendance for the Hilton Head 2012 Workshop is open to researchers from North, Central and South America. The Workshop is also open to all past attendees of any previous Hilton Head Workshop and previous year's attendance will be requested. Space is limited to 450 attendees and registration will close May 30, 2012. No on-site registrations will be accepted.

2Marketing and Sales Representatives from companies not commercially supporting the Hilton Head 2012 Workshop equally to an exhibitor or sponsorship support level.

The Registration Fee includes program material, (1) Electronic Proceedings, welcome reception, continental breakfasts, refreshment breaks, luncheons, banquet and a 20% non-refundable cancellation fee. All requests for cancellations are to be made in writing and are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. No refunds will be processed for cancellations made after May 25, 2012. The registration process will remain open until May 30, 2012.
Printed Technical Digests
Again, the printed technical digests are being offered separately from registration as many attendees are still in need. To accommodate these requests, please see the following:

Guest Meal Tickets
Guest meal tickets are available for purchase and valid for the spousal continental breakfasts, lunches, welcome reception and banquet.

Registration Receipt
Your registration receipt will be emailed as an attachment to the email confirming your registration once your payment has been processed.
Workshop Location & Lodging
The Hilton Head 2012 Workshop will be held at the Sonesta Resort (formerly the Crowne Plaza Resort) on Hilton Head Island in South Carolina, USA. Located on the Island's convenient south end within a verdant, semi-tropical setting in Shipyard Plantation, the eleven-acre oceanfront haven is just a short drive from I-95 via Highway 278 and the Cross Island Parkway. It is five miles from the Hilton Head Airport and 48 miles from Savannah and Savannah International Airport. Charleston, South Carolina is 90 miles north.
