The registration fees for the ENRI 2013 Workshop are as follows:

Registration payment, in US Dollars only (USD), is due upon submission of registration. Registration is not valid or complete until payment is received unless other arrangements are made. The registration fee includes program material, (1) Electronic Copy of technical digest, Welcome Reception, Tuesday Conference Banquet, lunch on Monday and Tuesday, refreshment/coffee breaks, and a 20% non-refundable cancellation fee. A $50 fee will be charged for all substitutions. All requests for refunds must be received in writing no later than August 15, 2013. No refunds will be made after this date.

Additional Purchases
Your Workshop registration includes a ticket to the Tuesday Workshop Banquet (unless daily registrant). If you wish individual social event tickets, you may indicate this on your registration form. A meal ticket is available for guests of attendees and includes the Welcome Reception and the banquet on Tuesday. The prices for each are as follows:

Registration Receipt
Your registration receipt will be emailed as a link to the email confirming your registration once your payment has been processed.

Passports and Visa Information
All foreign visitors desiring to enter the United States must have a valid passport. Follow this link for Visa Information. If, for some reason, your visa application is denied, your registration fees will be refunded to you in full with proper documentation.
