New features at this Hilton Head resort include a shade pool and hot tub, as well as a zero-entry heated lagoon swimming pool and children's area. Room Rates
These non-commissioned rates are subject to a room tax (presently 10%).
Standard Room Rate: $199.00 (single/double occupancy)
Reservations can be made by one of the following methods:

- Call the Sonesta Resort directly at the numbers listed above and identify yourself as a Solid State Hilton Head 2016 Workshop attendee or Group Booking Code: 0616TRANSD
The cut-off date for the reduced group rate of $199 is May 3, 2016. The room block is smaller than the number of workshop participants; hotel rooms will be assigned in the order that the hotel receives the reservations. Should you wish to extend your stay, the hotel offers the Workshop room rates for the preceding and following weekends, provided you make reservations by the deadline.
All sleeping room rates are subject to a 10% sales and occupancy tax. Reservations made after the May 3rd date will be confirmed subject to availability of space and non-group rates. A credit card is required to guarantee all reservations with a one-night advance deposit due at the time of booking. This deposit will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled prior to 72 hours before arrival, after which time, this deposit in non-refundable. To cancel your reservation, please contact the Sonesta Resort directly.
